Who You Are
The Litigation Manager/Senior Litigation Manager, Property Tax Services will play an important role within our Property Tax Services Group by managing projects and staff to identify property tax savings opportunities for clients in a dynamic, deadline driven work environment. The Litigation Manager/Senior Litigation Manager will also be responsible for managing and coordinating all stages of the property tax assessment appeal process from filing through to the resolution of appeals and reporting to clients.
What You Bring
The completion of a paralegal education program, a current P1 Law Society of Ontario license, and at least three years of relevant experience in a property assessment litigation environment.
Bonus Skills
Preference will be given to candidates with CRE experience who embrace a hybrid working environment.
