Your new role

Working alongside and reporting to a Partner in the construction litigation group, you will gain invaluable mentorship and training from one of the rainmakers in in the practice. With a willingness to learn, you will be taught everything you need to know from a Partner who is highly regarded in the space.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for a recent call (1-3 years) who is interested in and passionate about construction litigation who is seeking out a court-facing, litigation-heavy practice to join. There is no need to have experience attending court; what's critical is that you have the desire to learn this practice area.

What you'll get in return

Rarely do new calls have the opportunity to appear in court or have full carriage of their own files before their fourth year, however at this firm you will be mentored and receive the training and guidance to make that possible for the right person. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $70,000-90,000. The firm has embraced a hybrid remote working policy and all new hires receive a laptop to make working remotely possible.
