Lead Creative Designer (4 Month Contract)
Do you share our passion for bringing a brand’s vision to life? Do you love collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, impressions, and results?   
As a lead creative designer, which is often called an art director in our industry, you will be responsible for the look and feel of the brand, while creating exciting and meaningful creative.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the Greater Vancouver area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What you’ll do as a lead creative designer:

• Develop and produce creative for integrated advertising and marketing campaigns
• Create shot lists, storyboards, and/or concept boards for video and photography shoots
• Oversee the development and design of corporate brand standards
• Develop marketing style guides and provide guidance on the implementation of marketing materials
• Develop high-visibility campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, copywriters, video production, and other teams to bring your ideas to life
• Present creative concepts and pitch to internal stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of design practices such as brand development, experience design and digital design
• Able to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• A strong visual portfolio showcasing multichannel work that clearly represents a brand’s tone or identity
• Experience guiding, educating, and training creative professionals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
