Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 per year + Benefits + Bonuses + RRSP Match

Position Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday- Friday; Steady days

Work Location: Jordan Station, ON

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Support the Partner Network, Sales, Project Managers, and Field Technicians.
• Submitting reports as required.
• Efficiently and effectively allocating and managing project resources.
• Planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines to ensure work is performed on time and within budget.
• Evaluating and assessing project results, noting areas of strength and improvement.
• Review job contract plans, scope and specifications, survey information, sale sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.
• Adapting to project changes and ensuring scope is maintained.
• Directing, coordinating and implementing projects
• Communicating progress and challenges to colleagues and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education in project management or a related field is a strong asset
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• 2+ years experience managing complex projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior communication, presentation, organizational skills
• An advanced level of working knowledge of greenhouse/building control systems technology demonstrated in the areas of process control, water management, electrical, building automation and business solutions
• Proven experience in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the provision of technical services
