: Journeyman Scaffolder

• Multiple projects across Western Canada
• Travel, Accommodations and LOA Provided
• On the job training and mentorship provided
• Projects starting in April 2023
• 12 hour shift with lots of Overtime

Job Summary:

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Journeyman Scaffolder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to accurately construct various scaffolding systems.
• Safely and efficiently assemble, disassemble, and maintain scaffolding structures in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding components and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment on job sites.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and less experienced team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Attend and actively participate in all required safety meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in various scaffolding systems and components.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Proven experience working in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Valid Journeyman Scaffolder certification.
• H2S Alive, Confined Space, First Aid , Fall arrest, CSO, CSTS,
