Job Description

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for an IT Business Process Analyst for a Prominent Automotive manufacturing company in the Windsor, ON area.

Location: Windsor, ON

Shift: DAY - FULL-TIME

Start: ASAP

Pay Rate: STARTING 70K-80K BASE + FULL Benefits Package

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the company's IT processes, systems, and workflows in the automotive industry context. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and implement changes that drive efficiencies and improvements in our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, IT infrastructure, and business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in IT process management and the automotive industry.
  • Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications, or troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and evaluate the company's current IT processes, systems, and workflows in the context of the automotive industry.
  • Develop and maintain IT processes, procedures, and workflow documentation.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and processes, identifying opportunities for further improvements.
  • Implement changes to IT processes and systems in collaboration with IT and other departments, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
  • Perform project management duties for IT-related undertakings, including clear capture of business requirements, provision of functional deliverables, milestone planning, and project post mortems.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of new IT systems and applications that support the company's goals and objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and software used in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of automotive industry processes and workflows.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT process management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ business process analysis Preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
