It Business Analyst Jobs

My client is a reputable industrial equipment supplier in the market. They are now looking for a IT Business Analyst to join the team. Position will be mainly working on improving IT Operations and Processes as well as documenting requirements for ERP implementations under Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into requirements that support the development of business system solutions.
• Ensures effective timely communication and progress reporting to our key stakeholders and internal customers.
• Conducts current state assessment, opportunity assessment, cost/benefit analysis, feasibility assessment.
• Prepare for and conduct functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency of English and Spanish speaking
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management
• Experience in creating Process flow diagrams.
• Have designed and implemented at least 2 data migration projects.
• 3+ years in documenting requirements for ERP implementations.
• Experience in both, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in documenting requirements throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Strong communication and engagement skills with an introductory level of understanding of networking.
