Invoice Clerk Jobs

Then we have the perfect job for you! Our client, a local manufacturer, is looking for an Invoice Clerk to join their Milton team. This is an ongoing, full-time position with the potential for permanent hire!
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices and ensuring everything is in order. Your meticulous attention to detail will be critical to our client. You will also be responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to invoices as well as general questions/concerns. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Full-Time)
Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing invoices using Sage Accpac with a high degree of accuracy.
• Responding to customer inquiries about invoices in a timely and professional manner.
• Additional tasks as required.
• Daily handling of phone calls, emails, mail and calendar/schedule.
• Updating both paper and electronic customer files and databases, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintaining accurate records of all invoices and payments.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all invoices are processed correctly.
• Identifying and resolving any issues with invoices.

Requirements

• The ability to work well in a small team.
• A willingness to learn and a high level of demonstrated reliability is important!
• Above average data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in a similar role is an asset.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with SAGE AccPac is an asset, but not required.
