The Riley Firm is a boutique Family Law Firm, catering to professionals and business owners. Our firm is growing quickly and we are looking for full-time Intake Clerk.
Education
Administrative Assistant Certificate an asset
The Successful Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications
- Sending new clients intake forms and Retainer Agreements;
- Enjoys interacting with the public and works well in a team environment
- Creating new client profiles in CLIO (our client management program);
- Sending out routine forms and correspondence to new clients;
- Handling client walk-ins;
- Performing a conflict search for all new clients;
- Assisting legal staff with client check-ins as requested;
- Looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and professional
- Connecting new clients with their legal team (law clerk and lawyer) via email;
- Creating electronic client files in OneDrive and saving PDF files into new client folders;
- Arranging Zoom meetings for clients and lawyers, as requested;
- Answering phone calls for our three offices (Kawartha Lakes, Ottawa and Toronto)
- Administrative tasks, such as paying invoices and corresponding with third-party vendors;
- Must be able to self-manage and be self-motivated;
- Scheduling initial consultations for clients via Zoom;
- Providing general information about firm to potential clients;
- Must have experience using Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, calendar), Word, Excel, and Zoom.
- Asking a series of intake questions prior to scheduling a consultation;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
