AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an LPN - Referral Center Intake Specialist. This position is Full-Time and requires weekday and weekend availability (on a rotation).

Job Summary
Assists with prospective patients and families by explaining the organizations services and programs, insurance information, admission criteria and related information. The Referral Center Intake Specialist will begin the referral process, coordinating and providing clerical support for admissions and patient care services. Assists with incoming and outgoing mail and data entry.
Education/Experience

• Computer/data processing training/experience preferred.
• Must be currently licensed as an LPN in North Carolina and in good standings with NCBON
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• One year of experience in an acute, hospice, home health setting, or long-term care setting.
• Ability to type 50 wpm preferred.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
