Job Title: IT Support Administrator
Employment Type: Full-time
Timing: 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM Weekdays, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Weekends. You can choose your days
off on weekdays to be approved by the Management.

Job Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Admin at Aquinas College, you will play a crucial role in providing technical
support to students, faculty and staff. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Google Workspace Management: Managing and administering all aspects of Google
Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and
more. Customizing the settings and permissions to align with organizational policies and user
needs. Providing user support and resolving issues related to Google Workspace applications.
2. User Account Administration: Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts and
permissions within the corporate environment. Ensuring appropriate access controls are in place.
3. Security and Compliance: Implementing and maintaining security best practices within Google
Workspace. Ensuring data privacy, loss prevention, and compliance with relevant laws and
regulations.
4. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to
Google Workspace services. Providing immediate support to users experiencing problems.
Implementing solutions to prevent recurring issues.
5. Google Classroom Management: Creating and managing classes, adding students and
teachers, setting assignments and due dates, grading. Customizing Google Classroom according
to the needs of the institution. Supporting teachers and students in utilizing Google Classroom.
6. Training and Professional Development: Conducting workshops and training sessions to help
staff use Google Workspace and Google Classroom effectively. Creating resources and providing
ongoing support to ensure continuous development and understanding of the tools. Collaborating
with teachers and other staff to support their use of technology in education.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring usage and performance of Google Workspace and
Classroom tools. Preparing reports and analytics on user engagement, adoption, and compliance.
8. Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborating with other IT and non-IT departments to
ensure alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration of Google Workspace with
other systems.
9. Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping up with updates and new features within Google Workspace and
Classroom.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
3. Exceptional leadership, organizational, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and time
management.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
