REMOTE POSITION - Human Resource Training Internship: Manage projects and help coordinate staff.


  • Supervise, provide direction and coordinate the work in one of these areas: social media, video editing, graphic design, filming, writers, grant applications, sponsorship outreach, project management tracking, website updates, or other areas.

We are seeking interns for 10 to 40 hours per week. This is an unpaid training internship for College/University credit in the Human Resource Industry (2 to 6 months). We will take your core skills and experience and build some amazing results, together!

TRAINING INTERNSHIP in the Human Resource Industry for College/University Credit


General Purpose: Preparation of materials and completion of specific projects, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The intern will learn best practices in recruiting, human resources management, interviewing and general project management from experienced staff.



Responsibilities and tasks may include:

  • Conduct research and/or review materials to understand various tools, systems and processes
  • Working with other team members, organizing deliverables and coordinating the implementation
  • Understanding all relevant guidelines and industry requirements
  • General project management
  • Maintaining project tracking sheets, results reporting, analytics, etc.
  • Assign and monitor work progress
  • Human resources management
  • Writing and editing, and sending out communications
  • Planning and organizing projects
  • Project management
  • Identify and incorporate trends
  • Planning group activities and/or meetings
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures based on current and new methodologies
  • Research market, identify opportunities and generate interest
  • Recruiting
  • Conduct pre- and post evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Keeping all constituents informed and up-to-date on all activities
  • Outreach to prospective recruits
  • Database updates

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should possess:

  • College or University degree/candidacy in the fields of human resource, business, or related fields
  • Prior human resource implementation experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic database knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Interest in Human Resource

The majority is remote work; position can be done from home. When in-person, it is at your option, and COVID guidelines are in place.
