Role Summary:
We’re now looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. This new role will give the successful candidate the chance to drive the company’s visions forward using best practices, knowledge and resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets;
  • Facilitating resolutions to any payroll discrepancies and ensuring hours are accurate
  • Proactive project planning: interaction with agencies and external organizations;
  • Ensure the compliance of the health and safety regulations;
  • Assisting in policies, and ensuring updates are made according to legislative changes
  • Creating and distributing documents;
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
  • Preparing, checking and archiving the personnel files;
  • Assisting in payroll and compiling payroll reports when needed
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data;
  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.
  • Keep track of presence at work;
  • Keeping up to date records of medical and holiday leave
  • Providing customer service to organization employees;
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases;
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained;
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions;
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records;
  • Assisting in drafting and sending employment contracts
  • Coordination of the onboarding program for employees;
Requirements :
  • To communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
  • College/Bachelor degree in Human Resource
  • Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner;
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality;
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently;
  • At least 1 year of HR experience;
