What will your job look like?
-Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Retain (the Vindicia product), aligning it with the company's overall objectives and market demands.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Drive the agile product development process and lead the product team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Foster a customer-centric mindset within the organization, gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and continuously iterating on our products to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, regularly reporting progress to executive stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the fintech industry, ensuring our products adhere to relevant standards and guidelines.
- Manage and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and maximize their potential.
All you need is...
- Proven experience (6+ years) in product management or leadership roles within the fintech, payments and SaaS industry, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including payment processing, financial services, compliance, and data security.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive innovation and competitive differentiation.
- Data driven executive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans and solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
