HEAD OF MARKETING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

$75,000 - $85,000 + stock options + 3 weeks’ vacation

In this stand-alone role, you will own everything Marketing and Customer Experience!

You will learn about Crafty’s customers and understand their customer journey; you will craft compelling stories and managing strategic campaigns, social media, and advertisement, define and refine Crafty’s voice; you will raise awareness of Crafty’s offerings, bring new and returning customers to our restaurants and digital platform, report and act on Marketing metrics and manage Marketing budgets.

If you have

  • You are proactive – you see things through and take initiative to achieve positive and/or unexpected results, you work smart
  • Kaizen and growth mindset – you are continuously looking for ways to improve and learn new things, come up with new ideas of brand improvement, and challenge current practices when needed
  • Grit – you are a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, you share thoughts and opinions openly
  • Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, Klaviyo in hospitality industry
  • Breadth of generalist experience in all areas of Marketing including but not limited toe-commerce/digital marketing, e-mail marketing, web analytics, consumer packaged goods and hospitality;
  • In depth knowledge and experience using Google Search/Ads, Facebook Ads/Business Manager, CRM experience; and
  • Critical thinker who foresees problems and solve them and/ or comes up with potential solutions we want to hear from you!
  • Agile – you adapt easily to changing situations and circumstances as Crafty continues to grow

Our hiring process is 2-3 weeks:

  • Interview with the CEO and co-founders Miki and Jared Ferrall
  • Virtual interview with the CEO, Khalil Khamis (who is the hiring manager)
