We are based in Toronto and are looking for a Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to build and oversee an in-house marketing team to plan and execute branding, automation and new client acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell and retention. B2C experience is preferred but not required.
Reporting to the CEO and Director of Operations, the Growth and Lifecycle Marketing Lead will have the opportunity to drive strategy and help build the marketing discipline at Laserbody MD.
What you will do:
- Responsible for new tools/tech adoption
- Analytical, critical, and offers recommendations motivated by data.
- Create and improve email campaigns, webforms & brand email templates
- Work closely with marketing team to deliver compelling content for various audiences in our marketing platform
- Implementation of channel best practices
- Develop strong email tactics to execute for lapsed customers, to encourage them back as clients
- Develop and contribute content for our social channels, blogs and website
- Experience with omni-channel including video and influencer marketing
- Interpret data, analyze results, and develop solutions that showcase impact and performance of lifecycle marketing programs
- Define and drive GTM communication for new services and locations
- Present monthly performance reports/readouts, identify drivers and make recommendations for improvement
- Embrace established processes and find opportunities to improve efficiency of role
- Hire and grow a team in the future
- Own the planning and implementation of Lifecycle Strategy
- Ensure the highest standards, employ best practices and foster accountability
You are / have:
- Technical expertise with Email, Push, SMS, and IAMs – deliverability, optimization, and best practices.
- Understanding of conversion levers and leveraging that to achieve success throughout the conversion funnel
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing roles
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and who likes to roll-up their sleeves and see things from strategy to execution
- Collaborative, conscientious, team-first attitude and a passion for the health and beauty industry
- Strong communication, copywriting, organizational, and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Data-driven marketer with a curiosity to understand more about audiences and how tactics can drive behaviour
