About the Job

Rely Digital is seeking a self-starter and motivated Growth Marketing Lead, who will support the building of strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns across a wide range of marketing channels.

The Growth Marketing Lead will work closely with top Canadian brands in the Ecommerce and Lead Generation space while gaining support from internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid ads campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Growth of partnership opportunities.
• Partner with clients to plan paid advertising strategy.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to drive changes in performance
• Work with the internal Design and Digital Marketing team to execute PPC strategies.
• Communicate with accounts on campaign launches, optimizations and conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly business reviews.
• Client reporting and communication.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ Years Experience: Social Ads (Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) management experience.
• Data-Centric and Excel Proficient (experience with pivot tables & vlookups)
• A proven track record of hitting targets and executing your work to a very high standard.
• 4+ Years Experience: PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads) management experience
• A self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
• Google Ads Certification
