Lifecycle Marketing Manager/Senior Manager Job Summary:


Safyre Labs is looking for an experienced, creative and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing hire to join our growing Growth and Marketing teams. Our new Lifecycle Marketing role will work closely with our E-commerce Manager and will be responsible for overseeing our email-marketing program to increase customer engagement, loyalty and sales. The successful candidate will be an analytically minded strategist with campaign automation and data segmentation experience.


Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Proactively report on email marketing trends to provide innovative email channel recommendations, supporting in the development of deeper reporting, insights and analysis for the team.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital and Merchandising teams to build segments and understand customer behaviour/customer lifecycle.
  • Develop strategies to drive valuable email and SMS sign-ups, inclusive of website pop-up testing.
  • Partner with Brand Teams to convey Jewlr, Lee Fiori and ONE+ONLY’s identity and meet company performance objectives.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue, improve open rates and click through rates by testing and implementing dynamic personalized content.
  • Strategically develop our monthly email calendar, defining frequency, cadence, automation and audience segmentation strategies to increase LTV and overall customer loyalty.
  • Execute and report on ongoing testing regimen (subject lines, layout, format, frequency, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement.
  • Provide retention analysis & insights company-wide and assist with growth forecasts.
  • Responsible for developing and presenting Bi-weekly and Monthly reporting to key stakeholders in the company. Bringing forth information to help make decisions.
  • Serve as internal expert relative to compliance & best practices, list clean-up and maintaining a clean database, prospect and subscriber segmentation, improving email deliverability, data integrity, etc., across multiple markets (US, CA, EU, AU).
  • Lead a team that manages our three jewelry brands email marketing strategy and execution.
  • Oversee and execute compelling creative briefs that drive authentic engagement from our customer segments.
  • Lead large scale Email / CRM project launches that are on the company road map.
  • Liaise strategically with Performance Marketing teams to drive audience and segmentation insights across the business.
  • Develop strategies to improve email engagement rates through automation and personalization.
  • Drive discussion and direction around Email Design Framework and implement UX improvements to email templates.

Required Expertise:


  • Strong working knowledge of marketing principles
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team
  • 5+ years of experience working in Email Marketing
  • Experience leading Enterprise level Email Marketing Strategy
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and working with large data sets
  • Have extensive knowledge of segmented communication strategies, lifecycle marketing and analytics
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and highly adaptable
