2 ROLE: Architect - Platform Integration

JOB DESCRIPTION: "�Understanding, gathering, and documenting business and functional requirements and developing solutions to meet the requirements �Assessing current IT infrastructure, software, products, and platforms to make recommendations for the approach for optimizing business operations.�Recommending approach for integrating information, applications, and programs�Designing, developing, and maintaining database-driven geospatial end-user applications and interfaces for desktop and web.�Implement proven IT/GIS strategies for client�s platform architectures�Make infrastructure decisions and implement them to provide solid bases to tech stack.�Understanding, gathering, and documenting business and functional requirements and developing solutions to meet the requirements �Provide estimates, technical write up, solution architecture and design presentations for GIS solution.�Audit and provide recommendations for service level improvements of our processes to ensure optimal performance and utilization and where applicable, lead improvement efforts�Provide mentorship and guidance to other technical staff on designing, implementing, and optimizing different solutions spanning applications, data, and system

3 ROLE: Technical Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION: "�End-to-End Technical Delivery including overseeing business requirements, solution architecture, software development and quality control�Assist in developing and reviewing Work Breakdown Structures, Work Packages, Contract Packages Estimates and Schedules at each phase of the project�Work closely with clients to implement proven IT/GIS strategies for their platform architectures�Define best practices for deploying ArcGIS platform and design systems, including integration to non-ESRI platforms, to meet business needs�Act as a liaison between users and GIS development teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood.�Interface with applicable vendors and infrastructure teams on a regular basis to maintain system/environment stability�Collaborate on system health evaluations to address performance issues and establish action plans"
