Are you a poised and professional individual with a knack for organization and a friendly demeanor looking for a new and dynamic long-term contract opportunity in Miramichi, New Brunswick?
- Other duties as required
- Printing and organizing documents as requested by staff
- Managing office supply inventories
- Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls and general email inquiries
- Coordinating local courier deliveries and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Managing boardroom set-up, kitchen space, and office equipment
- Office close-down procedures
- Serving as the first point of contact for guests and clients
- Strong self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and quick study for customized software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration is a strong asset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a front-facing office role
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar, dynamic role
