Job Description
Are you a poised and professional individual with a knack for organization and a friendly demeanor looking for a new and dynamic long-term contract opportunity in Miramichi, New Brunswick?


Join our esteemed law-industry client as a Front Desk Assistant and become the cornerstone of client experience within a tight-knit and dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities For The Job


  • Other duties as required
  • Printing and organizing documents as requested by staff
  • Managing office supply inventories
  • Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls and general email inquiries
  • Coordinating local courier deliveries and managing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Managing boardroom set-up, kitchen space, and office equipment
  • Office close-down procedures
  • Serving as the first point of contact for guests and clients


Experience & Attributes For Success


  • Strong self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick study for customized software
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration is a strong asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in a front-facing office role
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar, dynamic role
