Job Description
Bayview One is a luxury condo who is looking for a part time employee who can work our Front Desk two weekends a month from 9:00 – 5:00 p.m.



  • Provide information and confirm move-in/move-out bookings and advise the Building Manager to make sure the elevator will be padded. New owners/tenants contact information is to be tracked and recorded through spreadsheet.
  • Provide owners, residents and guests with directions and information regarding Bayview's amenities, services, hours of operation, plus local areas of interest.
  • Maintain the front desk calendar and forms for booking the conference room, guest suite and lounge along with advising the owners on availability.
  • The Front Desk team member shall ensure all policies, procedures, strata corporation bylaws and rules are followed, and to ask for clarification as necessary from the Building Manager, to ensure a clear understanding of the responsibilities, technical and service aspects of the position and knowledge of standard operating procedures.
  • Keep up to date records of packages, couriers and other items accepted at the front desk and transfer them to the Business Centre.
  • Front Desk Team will open the secured front door to assist with packages, luggage, etc. where possible as well as greet residents and guests entering or exiting the building.
  • Report formal complaints and maintenance needs to the Building Manager.
  • Ensure all keys (to suites and to common property areas) are secured at all times and kept in the designated locked key cabinets.
  • Contact the appropriate companies for repairs if there are any issues with the elevator, front doors or parkade doors.
  • Receive cheque payments for reservations of the guest suite, fob purchases, and move in fees. Maintain spreadsheets and prepare documentation for Property Management.
