Food & Beverage Supervisor/ Server, Brazen-

This position is located at Brazen, in the Mount Royal Hotel. Supporting, coaching and inspiring the food and beverage team in the delivery of an exceptional hospitality culinary experience, fueling our guests and staff for adventure!  This position is hybrid as it will be a supervisor and serving position.

• Providing daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
• P/L responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant
• Provide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving, service, teamwork, accuracy and speed, improved business practices and attract and retain superior talent on our team
• High attention to detail and good communication skills
• Make employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate

• Assist with training, staffing, development, staff meetings, scheduling and payroll submissions
• Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staff

• Experience with cash control procedures
• Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met
