Job Description
Do you want to contribute to the accounting management of an organization working in a highly technological field ? Do you want to get involved in a company with an international dimension? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and develop in a context of growth and evolution? The Previan Group is looking for a financial controller for corporate entities.


In This Role, You Will Have To


  • Validation and signature of payments;
  • Participate in the budget process;
  • Regular update of financial forecasts, including cash flow forecasts;
  • Implementation of key performance indicators;
  • Implement internal controls and monitor them regularly;
  • Coordinate and consolidate sales credit insurance for the entire Group
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of financial information and validation of compliance with accounting standards;
  • Payroll approval;
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and decision-making purposes;
  • Get involved in certain specific files (tax returns, group commercial insurance , etc.);
  • Oversee the accounting cycle;
  • Participate in the integration of the finance function of the entities acquired by the Group.
  • Analyze results and variances with budgets;

As a key member of the accounting team, your rigour and attention to detail will be put forward in the execution of everything related to the accounting cycle, reporting and performance analysis. You will ensure the proper accounting of the various transactions of the accounting cycle. Your sense of organization will serve you well to ensure that internal control policies are applied. In general, you will support the Financial Director in the production of financial information.


The Profile Sought


  • French and English bilingualism;
  • Experience in an accounting firm (asset);
  • Experience with international groups (asset);
  • Working and flexible in terms of schedule;
  • Knowledge of the ERP "SAP" system (asset);
  • Three to five years of relevant experience;
  • Ambition for progression and performance-oriented.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (mainly Excel – intermediate/advanced level);
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, accounting profile, and member of the CPA order;
  • Full proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
  • Meticulousness and resourcefulness;
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
