FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. a day in the life:

Reporting to the Manager, Retail SG&A (North America), the Financial Analyst is responsible for creating monthly and quarterly financial forecast, developing and executing annual operating plan, and providing sound business strategy advice.


  • SG&A forecasting for Agile Retail and Mainline store channels.
  • Partnering with operational leaders to support budget setting and variance analysis processes.
  • Revenue forecasting and performance reporting for Outlets channel.
  • Liase with procurement partners and budget holders to deliver cost efficiencies.
  • Scenario planning and impact to P&L, including participating in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision support.
  • Presentation of financial outlook and results to senior business leaders.
  • The Financial Analyst, Agile Retail SG&A will be responsible for:
  • Support with monthly and quarterly executive and board meeting materials and ad hoc financial analysis.


  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion / EPM an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Qualifications:
  • Ability to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
  • 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast pace business environments. Retail industry experience an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • CPA, CFA or MBA a plus.
  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
