Fast Food Team Member

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team at Jimmy The Greek. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling various tasks within a fast-paced food service environment. As a Fast Food Worker, you will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our customers and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Assist in maintaining accurate cash handling and register operations, including processing customer payments and providing change.
• Follow food safety guidelines to handle, store, and dispose of food items properly.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and food processors safely and proficiently.
• Prepare and assemble food items according to our standardized recipes and procedures, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Uphold our company's policies and procedures, including adherence to uniform standards, work schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow, prioritize tasks, and assist in meeting customer service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed, ensuring ingredients and condiments are readily available.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
