We are seeking a motivated and reliable Executive Support Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our executives. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and compile information for executive presentations and meetings.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls for executives.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as requested by executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in organizing and planning company events, both in-person and virtual.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
