The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the general appearance across the property and rooms. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the effective implementation of operational process, use of supplies, and more. This role requires an individual with exceptional people and leadership skills, with the demonstrated ability to train and lead a team in uphold the companies cleanliness standards.

Your contributions to the team include:

• Takes the lead in checking cleanliness; providing positive contacts and coaching to associates.
• Orders equipment and supplies as required and within budget.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned
• Monitor all sub-activities for departments and maintain records of all expenses and control all costs for departments and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
• Direct and control housekeeping operations and staff of the housekeeping department.
• Monitor and ensure a response to all client requests and maintain company standards at work at all times.
• Directs the team in respecting timelines to meet guest demand.
• Responsible for the standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the facility.
• Implements positive human resource initiatives within the department, training, performance appraisals, disciplinary action etc.

What you need to be successful:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and coworkers
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Minimum one year’s experience in similar position
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
