This role is working with the senior Data Manager focusing on supporting and improving the newly installed CRM software - Andar.
This role will interface with the business units, providing IT data support and well as build small fund raising web sites for the various funding initiates.

Our client is looking for a candidate with these specific skillset/experiences.

• Maintain the integrity of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Responsible for all campaign reporting, including progress to goals, dashboards, reports, and all other campaign-related information from the database.
• Develop, document and maintain efficient system processes and workflows for data entry, gift processing, prospect research and moves management to ensure data integrity.
• Responsible for donor data accuracy, including inputting, updating, maintaining, and retrieving donation and constituent data, reports and records.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to standardize routine queries and reports.
• Work with the finance and accounts teams to ensure campaign donations are entered into CRM in a timely and efficient manner
• Highlight trends in the donor base, execute analysis as requested by senior development staff.
• Create standard operating procedures to ensure consistent data entry and use of CRM
• Develop standards and processes to clean database records and ensure integrity of data
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and quality
• Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups and provide one to one training to end users on an on-going basis
• Manage the database security and user permissions
• Create and manage departmental dashboards to aid the analysis and KPI tracking for fundraising and financial reporting needs.
