The Application Developer position contributes primarily to the success of the change management, request and incident management, software development, and software quality procedures. The developer's primary role is to program and implement software solutions, including changes at the data warehouse level. Additional responsibilities include: business requirement gathering, creating and deploying reports; writing relational and multidimensional database queries; and creating, deploying and maintaining SQL jobs; integrating data from many different data sources into a storage syste

• Database Development: SQL Server 2012+, and the related BI tools
• Software Development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, Python, VBA
• Software Quality: Microsoft Test Manager, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Defect Management, test automation

frameworks and tools, validation concepts

• Process: Team Foundation Server, Git Source Control, Strong communication skills, thoughtful and thorough analysis

and proposals, strong writing skills

• Experience: Software Development in a scientific/medical setting is a bonus
• Education: College Diploma or University degree in Computer Sciences or Software Engineering

Unit Summary
The Planning & Analysis team provides operational and financial insight through the provision of timely and accurate
information, presented in consumable formats for decision-making. We provide organizational expertise in the analysis,
interpretation and integration of financial and clinical data and support the delivery of appropriate, cost efficient care in a
financially constrained environment.
Schedule Work Hours
Monday – Friday, Days; with willingness to be flexible to suit organizational demands
