E-Retail Media Manager Jobs

As the L’Oréal e-retail media manager, you’ll be developing & piloting e-retail media strategy & practice of beauty leading brands, including e-retail marketplaces/media activations, with a view on Search & Programmatic to maximize our visibility and sales at our e-retailer partners.
As a member of the centralized CDMO team, you’ll be framing learnings & operations processes across divisions & brands, in collaboration with both media & ecommerce acceleration directors, to contribute to our e-retail sales acceleration.
You will be a go-to resource for our brands & divisions, collaborating with our Digital Business & finance teams across the organization and our extended media team with our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities: Missions

• Identify data opportunities to better manage, collect and use the CRM & 3rd parties datas in eretail media
• Data-driven decision making
• Ensure optimal use of technologies and optimization tools such as including Amazon Advertising platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and tolls like PacVue, Edge, and others.
• Retail media learning curve & guidance to brands, both in/off site with customers/media partners: Amazon Ads, Loblaws, Wallmart, Instacart, Criteo
• Provide ongoing delivery of insight to brands, from vendors, innovations, competitors (…)
• Prepare & build JBP & rate cards with our key retail customers

Role Requirements

• You have +3-5 years of digital media experience including working at/on retail media platform and advertising technology (PacVue, Kenshoo or Teikametrics…)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (+++ Excel & Powerpoint)
• Experience with or at Amazon Advertising or other e-retailer platforms a plus
