About the Role - BDR


Elastify is looking for an energetic individual who sees sales as a potential career.

The Business Development position at Elastify is responsible for driving growth within existing and net new customers, while building trustful relationships with IT leaders and team members.

Job Responsibilities


· Own the relationship between Elastify and your end clients

· Uncover new opportunities within existing and net new clients through business development

· Support client engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and ownership of deliverables

· Document and communicate new opportunities to the relevant Elastify team for properly resource alignment


Experience


· 1+ years outbound business development experience

· 1+ years account management experience (i.e. upselling into accounts, uncovering new initiatives)

· Experience supporting organization with IT recruitment requirements (nice to have)

· Familiarity with technology (nice to have)
