Entry Level / Project Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for project management.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate project progress to clients and internal stakeholders, including weekly status reports and project updates
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Manage project scope and ensure that deliverables are on track
• Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, project kickoffs, and post-mortems
• Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in project management software, such as Asana or Trello
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have a reliable computer and internet connection
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
