Job Description

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accurate record-keeping and information retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Canadian residency or valid work permit is mandatory.
