With 35 years success in the industry and locations across the US and Canada - they serve the commercial, public, government, industrial, energy and transportation markets.

We are looking for a Division Manager to develop and grow the union repair business in the Toronto, Ontario Market.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with other business leaders to formulate operational business strategies, establish goals and implement solutions.
• Creating and executing a business developmental strategy to grow the business and later provide operational leadership to include managing P&L, safety and project teams.
• Create and maintain a culture and environment focused on teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience selling construction services across various markets (commercial, industrial / power, and public), preferably in the Toronto market.
• The ability to develop strong relationships within the Toronto restoration marketplace, including owners, engineers and property managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field of study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
