  • Lead cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing initiatives, evaluating potential vendors, conducting supplier assessments, and driving supplier performance improvement programs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and partners, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize value and ensure consistent supply.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supply chain professionals, setting performance goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation within the supply chain by identifying emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and implementing solutions to enhance operational agility and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including IT, finance, operations, and sales, to understand demand forecasts, identify opportunities for process improvement, and streamline operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, inventory management, lead times, and cost savings, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as experience with ERP and procurement systems.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing supply chain strategies that result in cost savings, operational efficiency, and improved supplier relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain challenges.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related roles within the IT services and procurement industry.
