This Senior role will oversee integrated project delivery and Project Management team to ensure an effective client experience, operational excellence, and fiscal responsibility.

To succeed in this role, you possess integrity, enthusiasm, confidence, self-directedness, and an appreciation for achieving their goals with speed and precision coupled with a passion for business vision and mission, and be a proven Project Management leader ideally with Directorship in PMO.

This is a career defining opportunity for a Medical Communications, or Public Relations leader (however other industries considered) to play an integral part in leading one of the highest performing teams within the business.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Passionate about leading people to develop their skills and deliver their best work
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• 5+ years working in a senior role in a marketing communication agency with at least 3 years experience as Project Management leader
• P&L experience is desirable.
