Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our facility. The Director of Operations is the first point of contact for all strategic and high-impact operations decisions. In addition,they liaise with department heads to conduct needs analyses, propose remedies to constraints, and document new standard operating procedures, systems, and processes.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Conceive and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance productivity, in cooperation with the executive team
• Other duties and projects as required
• Participate in hiring processes where appropriate
• Oversee concerns of the Administration, Operations, Construction, Facility Maintenance, Development and Production departments
• Oversee the purchasing budget; divisional and company-wide
• Coordinate with other departments, such as manufacturing, sales, marketing and finance, to align operational activities and budgets with business objectives
• Manage facility and capacity expansion
• In cooperation with the executive team, implement company vision via strategic organization development initiatives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Develop effective inter-departmental communications
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Operations Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Masters in operations management, business administration, logistics or supply chain management
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Experience in professional audio is a bonus
• Experience with financial management and budgeting.
• Proven experience in operations management in a complex manufacturing environment
