- Optimiser les procédés et systèmes reliés à la comptabilité et aux finances de l’entreprise, en plus de fournir les informations pertinentes à la prise de décision.
- Présenter les différents états financiers au conseil d’administration;
- Produire des rapports ad hoc.
- Préparer des rapports et des analyses de performance à partir des résultats hebdomadaires et mensuels, des analyses de variation par rapport au budget prévisionnel, des prévisions financières et des analyses par rapport à l’année précédente;
- Assurer l’efficacité du contrôle interne de l’organisation et veiller au respect des dispositions de la Loi Sarbanes-Oxley;
- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec ses différents partenaires internes et externes;
- Chapeauter les processus des comptes payables et des comptes recevables;
- Suivre les dépenses en immobilisations et l’avancement des projets en capital;
- Collaborer à la prise de décisions et à la priorisation de dossiers;
- Préparer des analyses régulières de l’état des résultats, de l’inventaire, du capital, de l’effectif et des flux de trésorerie par rapport à la période en cours, aux prévisions et au budget annuel;
- Préparer les fins de mois et gérer les différents postes budgétaires dans le respect des différentes législations (US GAAP et IFRS);
- Sens élevé des responsabilités et leadership;
- Fortes habiletés d’analyse, de vulgarisation et de synthèse;
- Capacité à gérer les priorités, une charge de travail importante et des délais serrés;
- Travail d’équipe et facilité à mener au consensus;
- Maîtrise des systèmes SAGE 300, OneStream et Interal (atout).
- Maîtrise des systèmes SAGE 300, OneStream et Interal (atout).
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) afin de participer à des réunions et des communications quotidiennes en anglais avec les collaborateurs au bureau chef, aux États-Unis.
- Maîtrise des fonctionnalités de Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VBA);
- Formation ou certification Lean (atout);
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité/finances et le titre CPA;
- Expérience au sein d’une organisation matricielle;
- Expérience en comptabilité d’entreprise;
- Expérience en milieu manufacturier (atout);
- Delivers financial presentations and support related to monthly executive financial reviews, summary of quarterly results, board documents, AOP/ forecast results, and business development initiatives.
- Responsible of monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of the P&L, inventory, capital, head count, and cash flow related to actual, forecast, and AOP results.
- Improve current practices, develops a more robust process to reduce approval cycle time in respect of SOX regulations.
- Analyzes company financial statements (P&L/ Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow), variance analysis, and other selected financial assessments
- Have 1 direct report.
- In charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)
- Prepares end of month and manage different accounts in respect with different regulation in place (Masonite, US GAAP and Canadian requirements)
- Prepares reports and performs analysis on weekly/monthly results, variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year as appropriate
- In communication with internal and external customers (Sacopan board, Bank, external auditors,…) and have to provide adequate information as required.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and financial analysis
- Leverages payback, NPV, IRR financial concepts to drive decision making, prioritization, etc
- Supports development and communication of AOP, monthly, and quarterly forecast timing as well as the tracking of key deliverables
- Assists with management and tracking current and forecasted capital expenditures including analysis into FP&A
- Advanced database and excel knowledge/ skills, proficient in PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills at various levels in the organization
- Ability to manage competing priorities with ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of accountability; operates with sense of urgency and ownership in performing job duties
- Must be able to lead, influence, build consensus and work effectively in cross functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills including but not limited to project planning, time management, and project management.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and team management skills.
- Bilingual (English / French)
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time sensitive projects without daily supervision
- Financial analysis acumen
- Must be able to consolidate complex data / information into concise communication points
- Experience in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of Lean Sigma tools and technique methodology, experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on business or finance, CPA is required
- 0-3 years of business/ finance related experience; cost accounting, sourcing/ supply chain or manufacturing a plus
- Experience with financial systems is most helpful
