Job Description

Our client in the digital agency sector is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital projects and team of Scrum Master and Technical BAs.



Responsibilities

  • Promote continuous improvement, encouraging the team to innovate and adopt best practices to optimize performance
  • Manage and coordinate software releases across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient release process
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Technical Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, encouraging their professional growth and development
  • Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project delivery with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a release calendar, synchronizing with project schedules and milestones
  • Foster the adoption and refinement of agile methodologies within the team
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are on-time, within scope, and within budget


Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and other agile practices.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, verification, and methodology development.
  • 3-5 years as a Program or Delivery Manager of digital projects
