About The Role


The DEI Community Manager works closely with the VP, People Experience to manage and execute Dialpad's strategic priorities for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). The Community Manager assists, develops, and manages programs, services, and initiatives designed to enhance DEI initiatives by instituting strategic goals and improving the cultural competency of our people.


Responsibilities


  • Oversees and manages internal & external website content relating to Dialpad’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of the company’s annual DEI report.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition in executing workforce diversity & inclusion strategies.
  • Coordinates with other departments on DEI related initiatives including job fairs, benchmarking assessments, surveys, and competitive and marketplace research on diversity, inclusion, and equity trends.
  • Provides support to develop, implement, and facilitate online and instructor-led professional development programs which include anti-harassment and unconscious bias learning for a global audience.
  • Assist to develop, implement, and oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Maintains contact with ERG leaders and solicits feedback for improved services.
  • Manages DEI Programs to include executing initiatives to drive a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity. This includes developing a calendar of programming for heritage months and partnering with teams around the globe to support localized events.
  • Assures a high quality of educational offerings through the creation and implementation of evaluation processes. Assists in creating measurement systems to track outcomes of initiatives and programs.

  • Must be able to present and facilitate events and training related to DEI.


Experience


  • Must have 3 years of experience developing and leading successful employee resource group programs
  • Must have 3 years of progressive experience in the area of Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Previous experience leading DEI team engagements with senior leaders and teams, including human resource business partners.
  • Must have 5 years of relevant work experience in program/project management


Equivalent Education And/or Experience


  • May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
