This position will have the responsibility for the process of creating and maintaining all the data elements used within the company's databases.


Education/Experience Requirements


  • Highly motivated, self-starter that can work proactively with
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen and understand information and ideas as presented verbally
  • Strong organization skills, time management skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


  • Required


    • Strong communication skills both oral and written
    • Agricultural / Grain Trading process experience is preferred
    • Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously
    • 6 months of related experience in a clerical function
    • Ability to effectively handle details
    • Must be able to interact with a diverse customer base
    • Must have a history of employment stability
    • 1-2 years data entry experience specifically working within a database
