YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our Data & Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's data architecture. They will work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to understand the organization's data needs and develop a robust and efficient data architecture. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Redshift and AWS technologies.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and apply data standards and policies to ensure data quality, security, and consistency.
• Work with data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to understand data requirements and develop data models tailored to the organization's needs.
• Design and implement data pipelines, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Monitor and manage data system performance, including data security and access.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools for data management.
• Document data architecture and related processes to ensure traceability and understanding.
• Design and implement data architecture to meet the organization's data needs.
• Work closely with other members of the Data & Analytics team to ensure data architecture integration and consistency with other company systems and applications.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Redshift and AWS technologies.
• Ability to work in both French and English, as communication with local and global partners is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture, preferably in an AWS environment.
• Experience in designing data pipelines, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Experience in developing and applying data standards and policies to ensure data quality, security, and consistency.
• Experience in monitoring and managing data system performance.
• Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment and adapt to technological changes and company needs.
