Cyberark Epm Analyst/Engineer (Contract Or Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze policy event data and provide recommendations to improve the current policy configurations.
• Provide training on expected changes to the end-user experience
• Document support procedures to minimize end-user impact
• Document detailed EPM processes and procedures.
• Proactively work with Business Unit champions, the help desk, and any other teams that support the endpoint infrastructure to:
• Analyze end-user feedback, update, and test policies accordingly
• Develop detailed plans for various phases of the project: agent packaging and deployment, PoC/pilot rollout, staggered rollout by functional requirements of various business teams, etc.
• Design, develop, and extensively test endpoint security policies for end-user applications according to business requirements.
• Coordinate with the vendor support team for timely resolution of any bugs and issues.

Required Candidate profile

• Strong data analysis skills with Excel and other tools for driving data automation would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of CyberArk EPM hands-on experience. Additionally, any EPM experience would be an asset.
• Good conceptual understanding of various elements involved in a typical large-scale IT infrastructure architecture (networks, servers, databases, cloud, etc.)
• Ability to research, analyze and problem-solve issues.
• Good understanding of fundamental security concepts, with a strong emphasis on Windows OS security.
• Possess good knowledge of Active Directory (both on-prem and Azure deployments) and software distribution mechanisms (SCCM, Intune, JAMF)
• Hands-on technical experience with CyberArk EPM deployment and administration.
• Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed.
