Our client is seeking a Management Systems Consultant (Cybersecurity Consultant)

Position: Full-time permanent role

Location – Montreal (remote in Canada)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is a leader in quality, security, and risk management consulting services for a wide range of industries and standards. Security of information is critical for their clients and always exercise discretion in the use and protection of information acquired during their duties. Their people are highly competent and qualified management consultants including certified auditors and trainers, professional engineers and members of professional orders.

As a Management Systems Consultant (Quality & Information Security), you will actively participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the necessary documentation and deliverables and assist in various supporting activities including training, coaching, assessments, audits, reviews, and certifications.

What we need your help with:

• Practical experience with quality and security management systems certifications, auditing or quality assurance such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISMS, QMS, SOC, NIST (must);

• Relevant experience and academic background in business process management, process improvement, quality management, risk management, information security management.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring actionable insights through effective communication.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills in English (this is a must) and French (this is an asset).

• Ability to work as part of a group or autonomously.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or at least three (3) years of related work experience or a combination of experience and accreditation (CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant quality or information security accreditations);

• Experience in a consulting environment, billable hours context.

• Must be a resident of Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Nice-to-have:

• Legal, accounting, or regulatory industry experience.
