Job Title : Cyber Security


Location: Montreal, QC


Duration: 12 Months (Contract)



"IT - Cyber-Security Expertise - Expert." This role is specifically focused on Cybersecurity expertise in the SASE/DLP domain. Let's break down the job description to understand the responsibilities and requirements:


Responsibilities


Analyzing the security needs related to different accesses of Cloud / Web Application services.


Working with the product owner to deliver projects related to the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform.


Maintaining follow-up on user requests and data protection assets operations.


Ensuring high availability (24/7) operation of data protection assets.


Performing assessments and research on threats, vulnerabilities, and risks related to the cloud computing environment, specifically multi-cloud SaaS.


Developing, maintaining, and optimizing integration and operationalization processes, procedures, and documents.


Maintaining the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for the SASE solution.


Participating in establishing a culture of innovation in cybersecurity.


Creating, managing, and analyzing usage reports/statistics of different cloud services.


Requirements


8-10 years of relevant experience or a diploma with several years of experience.


Good knowledge of the field of Cybersecurity in general, with a focus on the protection of sensitive data.


Interest in deepening knowledge of the prevention of exfiltrations of sensitive data.


Experience in operationalizing IT services in SaaS mode.


Adherence to the DevOps culture, which emphasizes collaboration and communication between development and operations teams.


Knowledge of one or more of the following elements is an asset:


Security technologies such as Netskope, SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).


Network technologies including TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, and DHCP.


Proficiency in commonly used scripting languages like Powershell, Bash, and Python.


Experience in deploying on multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure.


Familiarity with application monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, Graphana, etc.
