Job Description

The Blueprint platform automates the analysis and migration of RPA processes. Organizations are facing a lot of challenges with their legacy RPA tools: inflated costs, a high degree of technical complexity, and the inability to scale. But migrating manually is expensive and time-consuming. Blueprint migrates entire automation estates to intelligent automation platforms quickly and securely, providing insights into your estate for better decisions and further cost reductions. With Blueprint’s Common Object Model (COM), customers can import, analyze and migrate all of RPA bots, saving 75% less time.


We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Blueprint team. As part of the Blueprint Pre-Sales and Customer Success Team, this Customer Success Implementation Manager will work closely with a team of Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Marketing and Product Management throughout the sales cycle to provide technical and functional solution leadership to the Sales Team and Partners in the analysis of a customer RPA bots and migration possibilities.


The primary responsibilities for this position are:

  • Be able to articulate all the benefits of our platform to existing customers and new prospects – although this is not a sales role, you may be called upon to work with customers who are exploring an upgrade or expansion.
  • Produce and maintain practice documentation and customer success-focused reference guides to help the team improve.
  • Contribute thought leadership and assist in implementing strategies to improve team efficiency as the department grows.
  • Be the SME and help create solutions and troubleshoot questions from Blueprint customers by phone/email/web portal etc.
  • Manage customer project engagements and product enhancement requests.
  • Act as a Senior Escalation point to manage the most complex and sensitive technical issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal groups (i.e., Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams) to proactively identify opportunities to connect with customers.
  • Become a deep technical expert on all aspects of the Blueprint platform, including: RPA Migration and Requirements Management
  • Stay abreast of customer support ticket activity in an automated support portal.


The successful candidate will not only have a passion for building strong relationships but they must also have:

  • Experience working with Enterprise level customers and managing relationships with Global System Integrators.
  • Experience with Enterprise Robotic Process Automation Platforms (Microsoft PAD, UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
  • Degree or Diploma in technology or computer science-related field is preferred.
  • Manage multiple delivery activities simultaneously. You will have to juggle multiple clients in overlapping projects.
  • Participated in and maintain the sales to CS handoff process, Sale to Success
  • Self-starter, able to look for opportunities to improve our customer’s experience.
  • Understand and have experience in the product management discipline, capturing bugs and enhancements, managing client expectations, and working closely with Product Management to represent client needs.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior technical delivery support role (preferably in a B2B/Enterprise environment).
  • Experience working with or understanding various project methodologies to manage customers with our Requirements Management Product.
  • Familiarity with support/ticket/success platforms.
