Overview The Customer Success and Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction by providing implementation and customer success services. This role works closely with customers to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the company’s products and services. The Customer Success and Implementation Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, and helping to identify opportunities for customer growth. Detailed Job Description• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and customer visits.
• Provide customer support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
• Assist customers with onboarding and implementation of the company’s products and services.
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and recommend solutions.
• Monitor customer usage and engagement to ensure successful adoption of the company’s products and services.
• Develop and implement customer success plans.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the company’s product and service teams.
• Develop and deliver customer success training and education.
• Track customer success metrics and report on customer success performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer success.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of customer success or customer service experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Experience with project management principles and practices.
• Experience with customer success best practices.

• Knowledge of customer success best practices.
