Job Description
Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, update, and monitor customers' forecasts and requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to meet customer demands.
  • Handle inquiries, orders, and complaints from domestic customers and new businesses, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Support the T-BAS (Toyota Business Automation System) order download process on alternate Saturdays.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer service efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both domestic and international customers in the automotive fastener industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer requirements to provide knowledgeable assistance and support.
  • Maintained accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Support export affiliate sales documentation, including preparation and coordination of necessary export documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Department of Foreign Trade to facilitate customer requirements related to local content and comply with regulations.
  • Maintain close communication with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and specific needs.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and processes is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work on alternate Saturdays for the T-BAS order download process.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer inquiries and orders simultaneously.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards, processes, and customer requirements is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing and documentation.
