Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area.
  • Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes.
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner. Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner.


RESPONSABILITÉS


  • Utilise des systèmes de suivi des appels pour consigner toutes les demandes
  • Établit et entretient de solides relations avec la clientèle tout en assurant la confidentialité des renseignements.
  • Chargé de répondre aux requêtes des clients de manière rapide, précise et professionnelle. Gère toute requête qui nécessite une recherche ou un suivi.
  • S'assure que les demandes et les requêtes sont confiées au service approprié.
