Insight Global is looking for Bilingual Technical Support/Client Service Representatives to join a leading Payroll company remotely for a 6-month contract that will potentially lead to a permanent position upon the candidate demonstrating high performance. The candidates will join the Client Services Payroll team servicing large clients with helping them troubleshoot technical questions/problems around their payroll/HR software. This role is a hybrid position of customer service and technical support. A day could consist of answering inquiries in regarding account information to case management for escalated issues around payroll and technical support of the client's products. The candidates should be very client resolution focused, offering a complete solution to any client needs with white glove service and professional follow-up. The candidates would also be trained on the complex, multiple systems that are used but should feel confident in their ability to pick up the new software quickly.
